GINGER AND LEMON GUT CLEANSER
- 1 cup of cold water
- ½ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
- 1 inch of ginger root
- ½ teaspoon of lime juice
1. First, chop the ginger root into small pieces and then toss it into a blender.
2. Add a cup of cold water and blend the mixture.
3. Now, pour out the blended mixture into a glass.
4. Add the lime juice and then toss in the roasted cumin powder on top.
5. Stir it well before you enjoy this delicious and healthy drink!
